Dhruva Poonia

Founder

Dhruva is one of the most advanced financial modelling experts in the project finance industry. He has 15+ years of experience in financial modelling and has worked on over 200 modelling assignments for the world’s leading financial advisors, funds, investors, sponsors and contractors active in infrastructure, natural resources and renewable energy markets.
Before founding FiModPlus in 2018, Dhruva was working as an independent expert providing financial modelling services and support in capacity building and skill development. Prior to that, he was leading and developing the modelling team at F1F9 (a boutique financial modelling consultancy).

Nitesh Mittal

Director

Nitesh is an expert in financial modelling domain having more than 10 years of experience in building and reviewing financial models in renewables, infrastructure, banking, and O&G sectors.
He has worked on over 70 modelling assignments and specialises in project finance modelling including financial close, operational, and portfolio models.
He has also worked with leading European DFI’s to develop excel based investment evaluation and reporting tools.
Nitesh holds MBA degree in finance and operations.

Ajinkya Kalode

Senior Project Manager

Ajinkya has 7+ years of experience in building financial models in renewable energy, non-renewable energy, infrastructure and fund valuation. He has also worked on the models which require actuals based forecasting and budgeting as well as meaningful data representation in the form of reports.
His interest lies in building VBA codes as well as dashboards for spreadsheet based financial models.
Ajinkya is an Electronics Engineer and has done his Master of Business Administration in Power Management.
